Sugar-Free Choco-Yogo-Pops!
This is a recipe for a yummilicious treat that is also healthy. Good to your taste buds and your body, it’s even simple to make! Now that’s some dessert, huh?
What you need:
- 8 ounces plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free cocoa mix
- 4 6-ounce paper cups
What to do:
Put the yogurt and cocoa in a bowl, and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the paper cups. Place the paper cups in a cupcake tray. Put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle of each cup. Place the tray in the freezer, and freeze until the mixture becomes solid. To serve, peel away the paper cups, and devour the treats!
